Tim Burton has had a great career recovery with Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, however, his remake of Attack of the 50 Foot Woman puts it in danger due to the original movie’s low Rotten Tomatoes score. Attack of the 50 Foot Woman was originally released in 1958 and followed the story of an heiress called Nancy who, after encountering an alien being, rampages through her town as a giant figure, aiming to get revenge on her cheating husband. 1958’s Attack of the 50 Foot Woman has shockingly low ratings, with just 21% on Rotten Tomatoes, because of its cheesy, low-budget action.
